we spend so much of our one precious life at work…surely it should feel good?

Right? Right.

I’m Nat, a coach, facilitator, speaker, emcee and writer - and pretty much everything I do revolves around this one idea.

Whether it’s coaching people who've outgrown the life they built, helping teams who need a reset, or talking to rooms full of people who want to change the way they live, I create spaces where the performance stops and something honest begins.

in a world of hot takes, mine is that work should help build your confidence

But ‘Business As Usual’ often does the opposite: stripping it away bit by bit.

That’s why I have a very healthy disregard for ‘Business As Usual’, focusing less on the precedent and more on the prescient:

→ what do you want?

→ what do you need?

→ how can we make that happen?

breaking down your big, swirling ideas into clear next steps is kinda my thing

(alongside sea swimming, oat lattes, and small plates, because I know how to appreciate the finer things in life)

From both professional experience in culture design, behaviour change and leadership, and personal experience of agency burnout, queer identity and late neurodivergence diagnoses, I know that deciding that you deserve a better way of working and living can feel sticky and vulnerable.

That’s why I’m here: to create the space to have these conversations, the straight-talking to help us say what we actually mean, and the structure to decide how we can make things happen moving forward.

honest.
humorous.
human.
hpractical.

That’s the vibe I bring to my work, and the vibe I want you to feel you can bring to. Imagine it like a “bring your kid to work” day, but instead of your kid (though I’m sure they’re a legend), I want you to bring your whole self, unapologetically.

in return, i promise i’ll bring my whole self, which alongside all of the above includes a lot of:

beach walks with my nervous rescue lurcher, Margot; sauna and cold plunge; trying new hobbies; comedy improv; reading (especially queer fiction); retreats; tarot + astrology; worshipping the moon; inventing new vocal stims; overpriced little coffees; pretending I'm a main character in a film; writing; browsing trinkets; going to the theatre or to the cinema and hopefully crying; baths, both real and sound; dancing; touching grass.

and if you want a slightly more official bio, then say no more my friend…

Natalie Pearce is a coach, facilitator and speaker changing the way we think about work: from something that drains us, to something that grounds us.

She’s worked with organisations such as Amnesty International, Mastercard, NatWest, ITV, Situ, Attest and Ophelos, and has delivered talks and workshops for Web Summit, Ecocity Summit, Imperial College, Hatch Enterprise, and LSE, among others.

She was the co-founder of one of the UK’s first culture design consultancies, is currently the host of Virgin StartUp’s flagship monthly event Changemakers, and when not working can usually be found walking or cuddling with Margot.

now you know who i am, here's how we can work together

coaching

for individuals who are done performing and ready to figure out what they actually want

facilitating

for teams who need to breathe, reconnect and remember they're humans, not job titles

speaking

for events that want more than a keynote, they want a feeling long after.
