intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, videos and branding — is owned by Nat Pearce Ltd unless otherwise stated. You're welcome to share links to my content, but please don't reproduce, copy or redistribute it without my written permission.

coaching services

  • Coaching sessions are booked in advance and are subject to availability

  • Payment is required before or at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed

  • If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full

  • Coaching is not therapy, counselling or medical advice. If you need clinical support, please seek a qualified professional

  • Everything discussed in coaching sessions is confidential unless we agree otherwise, or unless there is a safeguarding concern

facilitation and speaking

  • Fees, scope and deliverables for workshops, facilitation and speaking engagements are agreed in writing before any work begins

  • Payment in full or a booking deposit is required to secure a date

  • Cancellation terms will be outlined in individual agreements or proposals

  • Venue, travel and accommodation costs (where applicable) are the responsibility of the booking party unless otherwise agreed

  • You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email

  • I won't share your email address with anyone else
