what if the problem isn't you, it's the life you're performing?

1:1 and group coaching for founders, leaders, creatives, queer humans and neurodivergent folks in the middle of something. A crossroads, a scale-up, a reckoning, a new chapter. Whether you need clarity in an afternoon or someone in your corner for six months, this is where it all starts.

Brenda Kola, Founder

“it was never about shrinking my dream but finding tangible ways to make it happen”

"When I worked with Nat, it was the first time I felt someone truly got my vision. She has this rare ability to take huge goals and compartmentalise them into clear, actionable steps, and she does it all through a deeply human-centred approach. She never imposes what she thinks is right; instead, she helps you uncover what's right for you. That change alone took me from side-hustle to full-time business. With her, the impossible suddenly feels doable."

challenges i've coached people through

These aren’t abstract. These are real challenges, from real people, in real situations:

→ Leaving a company they built and wondering who they are when they're not "the founder"

→ Stepping into leadership and realising nobody gave them a manual for this bit

→ Getting diagnosed with ADHD at 35 and recalibrating how they work and live

→ Building a business they love without quietly falling apart and burning out in year one

→ Turning a big vision into actual steps instead of a Pinterest board labelled "future me"

→ Learning to back themselves after years of second-guessing every move

→ Figuring out who they are when they stop performing for investors, clients, or the group chat

→ Carrying the emotional weight of an entire startup while everyone thinks they're "smashing it"

→ Breaking the cycle of people-pleasing and saying yes to things that drain them

→ Finding the confidence to show up and be visible, rather than being paralysed by "who am I to say this"

→ Leading a team without accidentally becoming the kind of manager they used to complain about

→ Slowing down long enough to make one good decision instead of seventeen panicked ones

If you feel seen (or attacked) by any of these, I would genuinely love to help you.

how we can work together

the clarity hit

a 3-hour reset in one afternoon - the thing you've been circling for months, finally in focus.

There's something you've been meaning to figure out for months. You know what it is. You've thought about it in the shower, journaled about it, mentioned it to a friend over coffee. But you haven't actually sat down and dealt with it because, on your own, it feels like trying to untangle headphones in the dark (yes, I’m old enough to reminisce about when headphones had wires, get over it).

The clarity hit is the you finally doing something about it.

3 hours. You and me. No small talk, no "tell me about your childhood," no easing in gently. We get straight into what's actually going on - what's stuck, what you want, what's been keeping you from it, and which of those blocks are even yours in the first place.

You'll be surprised how much shifts when someone asks the right questions and doesn't let you change the subject.

What you walk away with:

→ A clear picture of what's actually going on - not the story you've been telling yourself, the real one

→ The beliefs and patterns that have been running the show, named and tested

→ A mapped view of where you are vs where you want to be

→ A 90-day plan you can act on immediately

→ A 30-day check-in to make sure things are landing, rather than gathering dust

What's included:

✔️ 3-hour virtual 1:1 session

✔️ Pre-session questionnaire so we skip the small talk

✔️ Your own personalised Notion page with everything we mapped together and a full 90-day plan with check-in prompts

✔️ A one week async checkin, followed by 30-day follow-up call to help you stay accountable

Investment: £695 (including VAT)

Note, this button takes you straight to booking and payment. Payment plans are available if you’d prefer to spread the cost, just get in touch to ask.

Cass Briscoe, Creative Strategist + Events Producer

"i knew what i wanted but i didn't know how to get there"

"Before the clarity hit, I had a sense of where I wanted to get to, but I hadn't spent the time actually thinking it through practically, mainly because I'm a big ideas, big picture person. Getting to a really clear plan in an afternoon is something I never would have done on my own. What surprised me most was when I realised the reason I'd been playing small is that I've spent a lot of time working with people who don't make me feel safe. I hadn't realised that was the reason until working with Nat. She doesn't preach, she doesn't tell you what to do, and she doesn't assume to know you. She knows that you know you better than anyone. She just asks the right questions to help you unblock and figure out what you need to do next."

the 90-day shift

90 days to stop second-guessing everything and start trusting yourself

Here's what I see again and again in the people who book this:

They're smart. They're capable. Everyone around them thinks they're doing brilliantly. And inside, there's a voice saying: "I should be further ahead. I'm not qualified enough. Other people do this more easily. Who am I to want more?"

And here's the thing I've learned from sitting with people just like this for 90 days: those voices are almost never theirs. They belong to old bosses, old partners, old systems that taught them to play small, perform confidence, and apologise before having an opinion.

This is 90 days of structured, honest coaching where we trace those stories back to where they came from, test whether they're true, and build something more solid in their place.

What shifts in 90 days:

→ The self-critical voice gets quieter - not because we silence it, but because you learn where it came from and stop letting it run the show

→ You start making decisions from what you actually want, not what you think you should want

→ You stop performing leadership / confidence / having it together and start practising the real versions

→ You draw boundaries you've been avoiding - at work, with your business partner, with yourself - and the sky doesn't fall in

→ You figure out what you're actually building and why, instead of reactive planning that changes every week

→ People around you notice something's shifted - you speak more directly, hesitate less, take up more space

→ You go from a 4 to an 8 on your own clarity scale (I've seen it happen, more than once)

What's included:

✔️ 6 × 75-minute virtual 1:1 coaching sessions (fortnightly)

✔️ Voice note and email support between sessions, because sometimes the big realisations happen outside our calls

✔️ Pre-programme questionnaire so we hit the ground running

✔️ Your own personalised coaching hub in Notion with session reflections, frameworks, tools and resources, all in one place

✔️ End-of-programme reflection and forward plan design

Investment: £1650 / £550 per month (including VAT)

Antoinette Oni, Founder + CEO

“every session i had was gold”

"I had an 'aha' moment every time, even if it was something seemingly simple. When I started coaching with Nat, I was struggling with growing into a leadership position that didn't feel totally natural. The biggest shift I’ve seen in myself since working with Nat is being able to inspire my team and set healthy boundaries around my time. Nat is very practical and helps you get to clear actions with no fluff. She will be frank, honest and straightforward with you, so that you can see where you can do and think differently."

the full reboot

6 months of someone in your corner supporting you while you do the hard work of building, rebuilding, or both

Some people come to coaching knowing what needs to change. Others just know it’s something big. Either way, it's not one thing - it's the whole picture.

Maybe you're a founder who's poured everything into building something that matters, and somewhere along the way you stopped being a person and became just "the founder." You've never had someone in your corner whose only job is to reflect back what you can't see.

Maybe you're stepping into a bigger leadership role and realising that the version of you that got you here isn't the version of you that thrives here. You want to inspire your team without becoming intense or controlling. You want boundaries but you don't know how to set them without feeling like you're letting people down.

Maybe you've built something impressive - the business, the career, the life - and you're quietly standing in the middle of it thinking: this is someone else's version of success, and I don't know how to get to mine.

This is the programme for when the work isn't a quick untangle. It's the deep, identity-level, "who am I actually and what do I want my life to look like" work. And it takes time because building something real from the inside out is a big job.

What shifts in six months:

→ You stop building around what looks good and start building around what actually fits

→ You develop a completely different relationship with your own judgement, one where you trust it

→ You figure out the difference between what you want and what you inherited, and you start acting on it

→ You become the leader, founder or human you actually want to be, not the one the room expects

→ You set boundaries that would have terrified you six months ago, and they hold

→ Your decisions come from a grounded place instead of a panicked, people-pleasing, or reactive one

→ The people around you notice. They can't always name what's changed. You can.

→ You look back on these six months and think: that's when everything shifted

What's included:

✔️ 12 × 75-minute 1:1 coaching sessions (fortnightly)

✔️ Pre-programme questionnaire so we hit the ground running

✔️ The Clarity Hit included as your starting point, so we begin with a proper deep dive, not a slow warm-up

✔️ Voice note and email support between sessions, for the realisations that land at 11pm on a Wednesday

✔️ Your own personalised coaching hub in Notion with everything we work on, all your tools and frameworks, session reflections, in one place you can return to long after we're done

✔️ Mid-programme check-in on themes and progress

✔️ End-of-programme reflection and forward plan design

Investment: £2940 / £490 per month (including VAT)

Sara Jane Gillespie,
Brand & Business Strategist

"a lot of the things i thought were me were actually beliefs that came from other people"

"I was stuck in an overthinking loop and my all-or-nothing mindset was making me feel like I was constantly stopping and starting. As someone who helps other people with their stuckness, it was SO good to have the space to work through mine. Now when I think I can't do something, I sit with WHY I think that and find its origin story, rather than just accepting it. Nat made me so comfortable it never even crossed my mind not to share what I was thinking. I LOVED IT."

i believe good coaching should be accessible to everyone

I offer payment plans across all packages where you can spread the cost over a timeframe that works for you, just ask.

I also run a coaching scholarship - one place at a time for someone who would genuinely benefit from coaching but can't access it at full price right now. It's a 3-session programme over 3 months at a fixed rate of £75 per session.

This is for people who are unemployed, on a low income, in the charity sector, on maternity leave, or in any situation where paying full price for coaching isn't realistic right now. If that's you, or someone you know, get in touch.

“turns out i like my job”

"This process made me realise that I do like my job, and enjoy hard work when it's on my terms. The stress I felt was often self-made but before I felt like it was everyone else’s pressure on me. Since coaching with Nat, I've been speaking to my fellow directors more openly about how things they say and do affect me. I'm better at saying 'does this need me?' and blocking out time to not eat in front of my laptop wondering why I feel awful at zero steps by the end of the day. At first I felt weird, like it was self-indulgent to do all the talking. But Nat made me realise that was the whole point."

— Director in Ad Tech

“the successful career path my friends have isn't what I want”

"The big surprise from working with Nat was realising that my goals were founded around how I wanted to feel rather than accolades, which for me is a big shift. I realised I don't want to be recognised, or lead, or have power or influence. I want to feel well. And doing work that matters to me contributes to that. Coaching is like having the conversations you're having with yourself but with a challenger, a partner, and with the full focus on you. It's real."

now imagine this for your whole team

the leaders shift

group coaching for founding and leadership teams that develops your team as a unit, not just as individuals

Most team development happens in isolation. Individuals get sent on leadership courses. Teams get sent on away days. And somewhere between the two, the actual work of becoming a better team together gets lost.

This is the opposite of that.

I've spent 15+ years inside fast-growth companies — scaling teams, designing cultures, watching what happens when leadership teams perform collaboration without actually doing it. I've trained facilitators, run offsites for teams of 10 to 100+, and sat in enough rooms to know the difference between a team that's "fine" and a team that's actually working.

The leaders' shift is ongoing group coaching shaped around your leadership team as a collective. Not a workshop. Not a one-off. A proper coaching container where your team learns to lead honestly, think together, and grow as a unit — over months, not hours.

what shifts over time:

→ Your leaders stop performing teamwork and start actively practising it

→ The conversations you've been avoiding start happening in the room, and not in side-chats afterwards

→ People drop the job title armour and connect as actual humans

→ Decision-making gets faster because trust gets deeper

→ Your team builds its own language, its own accountability, its own way of calling each other in

→ The Monday morning passive-aggressive Slack messages quietly disappear

What’s included:

Every group coaching container is built from scratch. We'll have a conversation about what you actually need, and design something around exactly that.

✔️ Pre-programme discovery to understand team dynamics and goals

✔️ Co-designed programme shaped around your team unique needs and challenges

✔️ Regular group coaching sessions (and 1:1s if that's right for your team)

✔️ Structured reflection prompts and exercises tailored to your context

✔️ Space for honest conversation, vulnerability and the occasional moment where someone says "I've never said that out loud before"

✔️ Mid-programme check-in and end-of-programme review

how i coach

non-directive

I don't tell you what to do. I help you figure out what you already know. You’re always in the driving seat - I'm just very good at asking the questions you've been avoiding.

built for your brain

Queer, neurodivergent, creative, non-linear? Great. My coaching is designed for brains that don't work in straight lines, because mine doesn't either. Side quests and random tangents welcome.

honest, not harsh

I'll say the things your friends are too polite to say. But I'll say it with warmth, care, and zero judgement. You'll leave feeling challenged and held, but never beaten up.

Lilli Cooper, Founder

"it’s like having someone in your corner"

"Nat creates a space that is approachable, non-judgemental, and always begins and ends with what I want to get out of it. Her grounded, humorous, creative approach has really helped me with my public speaking and developing my brand. More recently, she helped me get much clearer on what to say yes to and what to say no to - I'm now more aware of where my real interest lies and I've stopped holding onto the bits that don't fit. Coaching with Nat creates dedicated time to reflect on things that otherwise you just wouldn't."

Ploy S., Service Designer

“i knew something needed to change, but i couldn't name it”

"I was feeling stuck and unsure of my next steps, navigating a lot of internal questions around what I truly wanted and what direction would feel meaningful. Through coaching with Nat, I've gained so much more clarity and confidence - not just in my career, but in who I am and what matters to me. One of the biggest shifts has been how I view my past. I've learned to see previous failures as part of my growth rather than something holding me back. I've now landed a dream job, I'm making decisions based on my values instead of comparison, and I approach everything with more intention. It felt like having someone alongside me who helped me slow down, step back, and see things from a different perspective."

why i do this

People talk about "bringing your full self to work." But let's be honest, is that actually safe to do?

For most people, it's not. So we mask. We perform. We keep the real stuff buried and call it professionalism.

I coach because I want to create spaces where people can take the mask off. Where your authentic self isn't a "deep down thing" you visit occasionally, it's the thing you lead with.

My coaching doesn't exist in a box. Some sessions are strategic. Some are emotional. Some are both in the same hour. There's space to be messy, tearful, silly, sharp, quiet, or all of the above - whatever you need to bring, bring it. I'm not interested in neat categories. I'm interested in what's real.

I've done this work myself. Publicly, messily, and without a guidebook. That's what I bring to the room.

questions you might have

  • No, I’m a coach, not a therapist, and this is an important distinction. I have huge respect for, and personally owe a lot to, therapy. A lot of my clients do both, and I think they can be brilliant companions. Therapy tends to look back at past experiences and creates space to process, heal and understand yourself on a deeper level. Coaching tends to focus on forward movement and helping you figure out what's next. But honestly, there isn't a hard line between them. Sometimes coaching sessions get emotional and touch on deeper stuff. I'm comfortable with that and I won't shut it down because it doesn't fit in a neat box. What I will be clear about is what I'm not, though: I'm not trained to diagnose, treat or provide clinical support. If I think that's what you need, I'll always say so honestly and help you find the right support.

  • Yes. In May 2026 I completed an ICF-accredited course in Business and Personal Coaching through Barefoot Coaching. This included 100+ hours of coach-specific training, plus mentor coaching, supervision, observed sessions, and a performance evaluation, all assessed against ICF's core competencies and code of ethics.

I'm currently working toward my ACC credential, which requires 100 hours of coaching on top of successful completion of the course. I take the quality and ethics of my coaching seriously - it's not just a nice certificate on the wall, it's how I hold myself accountable to doing this work properly.

What qualifies me most is the combination of that training, 15+ years of working with people and teams across every industry you can think of, and the fact that I've done the terrifying, identity-shaking work of rebuilding my own life from scratch. I bring all of it to the room.

  • That's literally one of the most common starting points. But rest assured, you don't need a neat goal to get started. "Something needs to change but I don't know what" is a perfectly valid reason to book a chemistry call.

  • It’s a free 30 minute conversation where we figure out if we're a good fit. No sales pitch. No pressure. If it's not the right fit, we'll figure that out together, and if I can point you in a better direction, I absolutely will.

  • Both. Honestly, I often find that they’re intertwined or even the same thing. The way you lead and show up is connected to your identity. The way you make decisions at work is connected to how you make decisions everywhere. We work on whatever's actually in the way.

Sarah Ho, Founder + Architect

“i could come as i was, be human and real”

"Working with Nat helped me become more aware of my people-pleasing tendencies and realise I needed to be more intentional about who I take counsel from. What stayed with me was that even when I felt under-prepared, we still made progress. Nat always acknowledged the challenges I was carrying and recognised me as a person first, creating emotional safety and making it easier to move from empathy into strategy, action, and evaluation without needing to be perfect. Working with Nat sharpens your communication and decision-making quickly. You learn how to make fewer avoidable mistakes and respect yourself more in how you show up."
